Dried 'Ancho' Poblano Peppers - 60g

With a SHU rating from 1000 to these poblano's are very low in heat.

They are a staple in mexican cooking, where they are used in moles. You can use them for that or use them as a base for your next chili sin/con carne. Works really well in marinades for meats.

They have a sweet, earthy and complex flavor that reminds of druid fruits with sometimes a mild coffee like bitterness.

They are called 'Ancho Chiles' when ripe and dried.
