Pickled Peppers

By pickling these peppers we prolong the season. So you can enjoy these Spicy Sweet Treats trough out the year. Taste, smile, have some more.

From mild to spicy we added Poblano's, Fresno and Aji Amarillo peppers. Some sweet and sour pickle liquid with garlic and spices. (don't throw out the pickle liquid, it is perfect for making dressings, marinades or pickle back shots)

These sweet flavor bombs work really well on pizza, roasted meats, spicy martino smos, cheese sandwiches, chicken. Any fatty food that needs a bit of a sour spicy counterbalance.
