Pickled Brown Poblano Peppers

A jar of pickled brown poblano's. This one is for people who dont like it spicy. These peppers have virtually no heat. What they do have is a wonderful crunch, sweet flavor and a pleasant freshness. The brown poblanos have a more mature taste than the green ones and some notes of dates and a tiny hing of coffee bitterness.

These sweet flavor bombs work really well on pizza, roasted meats, roasted veggies, smoskes, cheese sandwiches, chicken. Anything fatty that needs a bit of a sour counterbalance.
