Harbista Solange - 2024 - Small Batch

Our Harbista sauces are a tribute to autumn. 

This years batch features sweet pumpkin, Boskoop apples, fig leaf vinegar and figs for more sweetness. We bring the heat with Aji Amarillo and Yellow Primo peppers.

A beautifull creamy sauce that works well in asian dishes and oriental cooking. And a must try in your next pumpkin soup.

Harbista: the old Germanic word that is the root of the Dutch word for autumn 'Herfst' and the English word 'harvest'
