Glossodynia

This is our second hottest sauce. And one that lives up to it's name.

Glossodynia is the medical term for when your tongue or mouth is on fire without a medical reason. In case of this sauce you will know why.

One year old fermented and smoked Naga peppers make up the bulk spice of the sauce. Smoked Habanero, Cherry Bomb, Fresno and some Madamme Jeanette deliver a nice burning sensation. We added some spices and garlic to it. This sauce will bring a meaty and smokey flavor to your dishes.

Perfect on meats (or substitues), kebabs, roasts,... oh and it's my favorite hot sauce to mix into mayo :)
