Fig Me Up - Very small batch

With amazing figs from Geert’s garden we cooked up this very low heat sauce, with Coffee Chili peppers and Home made Fig leaf vinegar.

The Coffee chili has nothing to do with coffee, but dark in color with fruit and apricot flavors. Yum
Very simple, pure with a taste of late summer.
Great with cheese or even for the young ons.
