Dried Naga Morich Peppers - 30g

The Naga Morich originates from Northern India and Bangladesh and is often called 'the hotter ghost pepper'. With a rating from 800.000 to 1.000.000 SHU this is what we call a super hot pepper.

It has a stinging heat that arrives instantly and is followed by a long afterburn. It's sweet and intense aroma with some bitter notes makes the Naga a unique pepper suited for super hot cooking. 

The whole pods can be cooked to spice up a whole pot or blended up into powder/flakes.
