 Fresno peppers have a sweet and very typical chili pepper flavor. With a heat rating between 2.500 tot 10.000 SHU they are a good pepper for day to day use. If you don't want to mess up your guests by burning them to ashes, Fresno is the pepper to use.

These peppers can be blended up to your preferred size (coarse or really fine) and used as an all-rounder in cooking.
