Fresh Fresno Peppers

 Fresno peppers have a sweet and very typical chili pepper flavor. With a heat rating between 2.500 to 10.000 SHU they are a good pepper for day to day use. If you don't want to mess up your guests by burning them to ashes, Fresno is the pepper to use.

We use them to bulk up hot sauces. They are very tasty when pickled. If the recipe calls for 'spanish peppers' you can use Fresno peppers. They do dry well and make for a very good daily chili powder.
